1. Both speak in the third person

Jesus Christ: “Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer…” Luke 24:26

Jesus Christ: “The Son of Man is about to be delivered into the hands of men…” Matthew 17:22

Remember, Christ isn’t the surname. The Christ means “The Anointed One” or “Messiah”. Son of Man is one of the titles the Lord Jesus used when speaking about Himself. It has a double meaning – both human being and exalted heavenly One. (desiringgod.org)

Trump: “You must hate Trump. There’s no other reason for it.”

Trump: “Nobody’s been tougher on Russia than Trump.”

Trump: “There’s never been a president like President Trump.”

Remember, Trump is both a name and a brand.
